It all started by cooking candles with love
I have always liked cooking, ever since I was little. The process has always been relaxing to me and as a bonus, I could eat my creations. Relaxed and Fed, seemed like a “win win” situation lol.
Fast forward to March 2020, the pandemic dropped and like a lot of people I stayed at home 24/7 worried about what the world would become but to keep me sane, I turned into the one thing that would relax me: cooking (and eating).
Two years into the pandemic and 4 sizes up later, I thought it was time to maybe revisit my “relax trick” because… well I couldn’t afford a new wardrobe.
I looked for a process similar to cooking, that smelled as good as cooking aaaaaaand… that I could not eat once ready and BOOM my love for candle making was born.
I loved the process so much that Lailite saw the light of day February 2022. Each Lailite candles are cooked with LOVE and vegan and cruelty free ingredients.
Candle making triggered my interest for craftmaking and Lailite Home quickly saw the light. Finally the birth of my son inspired a brand new set of products for babies and mommas and Lailite Baby was created.
